Abstract
For presentation of better method for new attachment and regeneration of periodontal tissue, the current several techniques of periodontal regenerative surgery were" discussed and compared each other by review of literature.
1. By demineralization of root surface by Citric acid(pH 1. 0), or Tetracycline HCI, new attachment could be achieved.
2. By grafting with bone or bioceramic material, a better result for tissue regeneration could be also achieved.
3. The similar result could be gained by applicating polypeptide and extracellular matrix such as fibronectin and endothelial cell growth factor on the root surface.
4. Guided tissue regeneration by using biocompatible and biodegradible membrane could lead to better results for regeneration and new attachment of periodontal tissue. But further research is eagerly needed to raso,ve the several limitations of suca materials.
